Reducing spam is ideal to save storage for our clients and to prevent malware. When an IP Address is blocked all mail sent will be rejected. If clients receive spam they have the option to block the IP Address which prevents the spam.
To reduce spam for our clients we use lists. Lists are made by reliable third party companies that monitor spam. A list allows us to block multiple spammers at one time saving you storage.
